For almost three decades, this small business with niche expertise has helped supermarkets manage their stores and leverage their data into enhanced actionable decisions. Our founders acquired Windsor Systems Group of Puerto Rico Incorporated, the primary Point of Sales Dealer in the Caribbean. In a private acquisition, our founders acquired the quarter century old Puerto Rico based company that holds the distribution rights in the region for supermarkets retail industry solutions Retalix, Datalogic, StoreNext and IEEE. Windsor Systems already grouped over 200 supermarkets in the region, including Puerto Rico's top chains Selectos, Econo, Napo Velez, and Plaza Loiza, among others. Windsor Systems is well positioned for rapid growth.

Our founders named information technology veteran as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Eng. Carlos Hamill, former IBM Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands General Manager overseeing the 400 employee subsidiary, is one of the most respected executive in the region. Already Barquin International's senior executive in the region, will now manage Windsor's daily business. Barquin Group retained all employees and named expert POS programmer Felix Burgos as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Jose Auffant as Sales Manager and founded Windsor's Board of Advisors.

Our founders expand relationship with National Cash Register (NCR), becoming its only retail dealer in the jurisdiction. As a full NCR Partner, our founders became a one stop shop for all NCR products and services, including sales, installation, and maintenance services. Our founder's Repair Depot is now an NCR support center to service its equipment. Our founders, related companies, and NCR, now have a force of over 100 professionals to support all retail industry customers, with various platforms, anywhere, and anytime. NCR's 128 years and our founders' over half-century history in the jurisdiction conveys experience, realiability, and trust in today's dynamic marketplace; together they are the best game in town.
